Guardian III Model G300B
The Guardian III Model G300B detects and extinguishes cooking fires in apartments, senior housing, college dorms, hospitals, and other facilities with kitchens.
Once it detects heat at a predetermined temperature, the Guardian sends a signal to release an extinguishing agent that suppresses the fire. The device will then shut off the gas or electric supply to the stove in order to prevent reigniting.
